Eligibility for Refund:
- Time Frame: Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Course Access: Refunds are eligible only for courses that have not been accessed or started. Once you begin a course, we cannot offer a refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent access to a course and we are unable to resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund.
Process:
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.
Non-refundable Items:
- Gift cards.
- Courses accessed or started by the student.
Exchanges:
- In cases where a course does not meet your expectations, we offer the flexibility to exchange it for another course of equal value within the 14-day period, provided the original course has not been accessed or started.
Cancellations:
- You may cancel your course purchase within the 14-day window if the course has not been accessed. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
